For us, 8thMay was the culmination of months work of preparation getting ready to host some veterans, and celebrate together the 80th Anniversary of VE (Victory in Europe) Day.
The barn was bedecked with the full canopy of an ex army parachute, together with flags from all the countries that took part in helping to bring about Victory in Europe.
